Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Training calendar, budget & manage it round the year.
∎ Responsible to make all training content, Schedule, Courseware and deliver the training.
∎ Making & Editing Promotional Video, innovative design, social media banner/images, logo design, brochure, catalog, develop cover design, inner design, any 3D/ motion graphics to be displayed on the website & social media.
∎ Uploading/Updating & Monitoring Website & social media post, banners, blog image, ads, infographics etc.
∎ Developing Training concepts, graphics, and layouts.
∎ Day to day work include generating graphical content for print and social media.
∎ Manage logistics and finance for internal & external training programs.
∎ Communicate with Trainee & Trainer regularly
∎ Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
∎ Monitor activities for impact and objective achievement.
∎ Identify different training processes and ensure compliance.
∎ Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.
∎ Gather feedback from trainees after each training session.
∎ Coordinate the training process.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ Experience in Training Co-ordination, Customer Service, Call Center, Graphics Design.
∎ Excellent knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop Illustrator, Creative Design, Graphics Design, Product video making, Video Editing, Videography.
∎ Excellent in typing both Bangla & English, PowerPoint, Photoshop.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
∎ Strong Communication skills both English & Bengali language.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply
