Additional Requirements:
Strong presentation & communication skills (Bangla & English)

Passionate about teaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing
Minimum 3 years of experience in training delivery, ideally within real estate or sales functions
Must have own computer setup with stable internet for conducting online sessions
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules on:
Real estate market trends:
Product Knowledge,Sales techniques and negotiation skills.
Customer Handlening Process, Deal Closing Skill Development,Behavioral & Disciplinary Development.
Provide participants with practical insights, Real Industry knowledge,Hotel & Resort Ownership Sale Knowledge and guidance.
Legal and regulatory compliance in real estate.
Conduct both new hire onboarding and continuous learning sessions.
Prepare training materials, PPT slides, practical case studies, and guidelines.
Assess training effectiveness via feedback surveys, performance metrics, and follow-ups.
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and content gaps.
Create training manuals, presentations, e-learning materials, and reference guides.
Deliver sessions in your own area of expertise
