Job Responsibilities:
∎ Curriculum Development: Design, update, and enhance training materials and course content.
∎ Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops to educate participants on relevant concepts, strategies, and best practices.
∎ Hands-on Demonstrations: Provide real-world examples and practical demonstrations to help participants understand how to apply the techniques effectively.
∎ Individual Support: Offer personalized guidance and feedback to participants, helping them overcome challenges and improve their skills.
∎ Industry Updates: Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and technologies and incorporate relevant updates into the training content.
∎ Assessments and Evaluation: Administer assessments and evaluate the progress of participants to ensure the effectiveness of the training program and adjust content as needed.
∎ Training Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and participant feedback for reporting purposes.
∎ Collaborate with Team: Coordinate with other team members, subject matter experts to ensure consistency and continuous improvement of training programs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Proven work experience in digital marketing, with expertise in various digital marketing channels and tools (for Digital Marketing Trainer)
∎ Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance, with proficiency in using Tally accounting software (for Tally Accounting App Trainer)
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ An attractive package of daily-based salary shall be offered based on the experience of the candidate
