Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To plan and implement effective classroom management practices To collaborate with other teachers, admins and participate in regular meetings.To plan and execute in class and outdoor activities, extra- curriculars eventsTo assist in monitoring the academic performance of the students and supporting teachers in achieving academic excellence.To coordinate, guide and train the new teachers to get accustomed to the system of the schoolTo responsible for disciplining the studentsTo prepare questions, class routines/exam routines, syllabus, session plan, lesson plans, teaching materials according to the Cambridge Assessment International Education standardTo develop training module, handbook as requiredTo ensure teachers to take classes properly and timely according to the syllabusTo conduct class monitoring and evaluating of Teachers according to the school standardResponsible for overall safety and security of the studentsAll work responsibilities are subject to having performance goals and/or targets established as part of the annual performance planning process or as the result
