Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree from recognized University.
∎ Education qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced candidate. But not less than "Graduation Degree"

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Development of training modules for training in both Bangla & English.
∎ Conduct RMG trainings for workers & mid level management in factories.
∎ Preparing activity reports with deliverables.
∎ Prepare project work plan in line with activities, time line & deliverables
∎ Develop presentations for various target groups for trainings.
∎ Be a team player for the CSR Centre to bring in new ideas for project implementations.
∎ Writing skills for preparing reports and CSR case studies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years minimum experience as trainer or related experience in the RMG sector.
∎ Report writing skills in English (Bengali would be appreciated) .
∎ Planning and budgeting skills.
∎ Expertise in writing, designing and presenting.
∎ Good computer and presentation skills.

Salary:
∎ BDT 20,000-25,000 per month (Negotiable, depending on qualification & experience) consolidated with two festival bonuses. Contract will be offered for an initial 2 years with a 3 months probationary period on joining.
