∎ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

∎ Eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges.
∎ Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
∎ Prior internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ As a Factory Engineer Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training and hands-on experience to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to support the engineering operations within our manufacturing facility. This role is designed to provide you with exposure to various aspects of factory engineering while preparing you for future responsibilities as a Factory Engineer.
∎ Gain a thorough understanding of the manufacturing processes and production equipment used within the factory.
∎ Shadow experienced engineers and technicians to observe and learn best practices in machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
∎ Support production activities by assisting in equipment setup, changeovers, and adjustments as directed by senior engineers.
∎ Contribute ideas and solutions to address engineering challenges and achieve project objectives under the guidance of senior engineers
∎ Collect and analyze data related to production performance, equipment reliability, and quality metrics.
∎ Familiarize yourself with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and environmental standards applicable to factory operations.
∎ Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate activities and achieve common goals.
∎ Proactively seek feedback from mentors and supervisors to identify areas for improvement and professional growth.
