Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed Public University.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check equipment of rolling mill and operating systems and correct wherever necessary.
∎ Follow & maintain the check list & preventive maintenance schedule.
∎ On line checking, monitoring and record parameters to run the mill smoothly.
∎ Study the break down, try to reduce rectification time & intent to maximize hourly production rate.
∎ Deploy and coordinating best possible combination of Technicians to reduce mean time to repair (MTTR) in case of any breakdown.
∎ Inform concerned superior instantly for any break down.
∎ Prepare a detail work plan before starting any maintenance job.
∎ Handle a group of Technicians for smooth shift operation.
∎ Ensure the required tools availability of the shift Technicians for smooth maintenance work also ensure the proper uses of these tools.
∎ Write down the log book and write down job list in details.
∎ Keep consumption record of all kind of spare parts.
∎ Co-ordinates with superior, sub-ordinate & other departments for smooth operation of machineries.
∎ Comply with company regulations and policies.
∎ Mentally ready to work in any shift when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 26 years
∎ Should have good interpersonal skills.
∎ Smart, energetic & hard working candidates are preferable.
∎ Excellent computer skills in MS Office & MS Excel.
∎ Comply with company safety guidelines and procedures.
∎ Should be courageous, proactive, intelligent and vigilant.
∎ Be able to work in stressful situations.
