Responsibilities & Context:
Reports to the office on time and welcomes the test candidates at the entrance.
Welcoming testing candidates in a professional manner and creating a comfortable, pleasant environment.
Checking in candidates as per the rules and regulations of test clients.
Keeping all exam content information confidential and monitoring every candidate during every testing session for the entire session.
Maintaining exam-related documents and update electronic equipment.
Undertake exams and solve problems independently as and when required.
Assisting the Test Center Manager in running and maintaining testing systems as per policies and procedures of test providers (Prometric/ Pearson VUE).
Attending any other jobs provided by the Executive Council of AAA.
