Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Play the leading role in fundraising campaigns and drives for AAA as per targets set by the AAA Executive Council. One of the most important aspects of this role is the fundraising that the ED has to successfully do for AAA. The ED, using his/her professional expertise and connections, has to prepare & present proposals / pitches to corporations/donors (including but not limited to, for events proposals) with a sharp marketing and strategic angle, and raise funds for AAA with a sharp and efficient manner keeping in mind given annual targets.
∎ Provide Administrative support to the President of AAA and the AAA Executive Council (as apt).
∎ Provide administrative and logistical support to Secretary of AAA for all events planning and coordination, and daily AAA office management as needed. This will include being part of the confidential EC Meetings, in a participatory capacity.
∎ Coordinate AAA activities at the operational and administration level.
∎ Ensure proper administration of the office, following rules and regulations as established by the Executive Council.
∎ Coordinate and supervise the activities of the AAA staff members.
∎ Implement the Executive Council policies, regulations and directives.
∎ Supervise/maintain/edit/update office file/registers.
∎ Serve in the Sub Committees of AAA as per their needs.
∎ Implement administrative actions related to each of the Sub Committees.
∎ Monitor activities of the AAA Learning Center and Test Center, communicating effectively with foreign partners.
∎ Take initiatives to expand the income generation activities in consultation with the AAA Executive Council Members.
∎ Maintain regular closer relationship with the AAA Members.
∎ Research, contact and sign up new Members for AAA continually.
∎ Overlook the financial activities of the Association and keep the Treasurer updated on the development, and also carry out Treasurer's directives.
∎ Provide a central and crucial leadership role in the land procurement project for AAA, under the guidance and direction of the AAA Board, and AAA President in particular.
∎ Perform other duties as the Executive Council may assign from time to time.

∎ 5 to 7 year(s) full-time, in a related field (not limited to marketing/sales/NGO/academics/alumni relations/ multinational companies)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Fundraising, Office Management, Administration, Event Management, Accounts and auditing.
∎ Minimum of five to seven years work experience in mid/senior level management, preferably with international organization, multinational companies, and/or non-profit organizations.
∎ Applicants should have experience in the following areas: Corporate Fundraising, Office management, Personnel management, Event/Projects management, Organizational marketing and strategic planning, and Administration in a multicultural/multinational environment.
∎ Excellent skills in interpersonal communications, networking, event management, team management, negotiation, ability to prepare operational budget, solid understanding of payroll management, taxation and accounting methods.
∎ Skilled communicator.
∎ Excellent in English communication and writing.
