### Operational Scope & Targets
District Coverage: 1 District
Network Management: Overseeing a total of 20 retail outlets.
Monthly minimum Sales Target: 300 units/keys.
Focus: Aiming for 15 keys per retailer.
### Key Responsibilities
Dealer Acquisition: Identifying and onboarding mobile retailers, distributors, and showrooms.
Market Expansion: Hunting for new business opportunities to ensure monthly targets are met.
Reporting: Providing the management team with daily sales updates and real-time market feedback.
