Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Planning, Sales & Marketing, Service/ support, Spare parts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Automobile
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve Spare Parts Sales Target.
∎ Analyze the market to identify new growth opportunities
∎ Business growth of genuine parts.
∎ Smooth activities of genuine parts in your own area.
∎ New network implementation and new ASAL Hero introduction.
∎ Coordinate with RM and reporting to HoD regarding parts sales, promotional and dealer activities.
∎ Dealer Management with parts sales.
∎ Business expansion in your own area.
∎ Monitoring & Competitor Data collection.
∎ Visit competitors and understand the market situation.
∎ BTL Budget Preparation & Activation follow-up.
∎ Capture competitor sale and report on competition activities and countermeasure.
∎ Carry out any other assignments delegated/instructed by the Line Manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Flexible about mobility as the job requires HIGH frequency of Travelling.
∎ The applicant must have to be well organized in MS Excel & Daily Reporting.
∎ Ability to maintain a high level of patience in work environment.
∎ Must have time management skills & problem solving mentality.
∎ Flexibility to adjust with change management process.
∎ Should have good communication & coordination skills.
∎ Good knowledge on MS office software packages (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Power Point).
∎ Should be flexible for extended working hours if necessary to complete job.
