∎ Atleast 1 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
∎ Ability to cooperate with and support other members of customer service team.
∎ Strong verbal communication skills in the Bangla & English language.
∎ Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds.
∎ Must be comfortable working independently and making minor decisions without direct supervision.
∎ Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail.
∎ Knowledge of customer service best practices and desire to participate in trainings and professional development.
∎ Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment.
∎ Should have capability to ensure quality customer service.
∎ Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
∎ Good personality for Teamwork.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To provide highest quality of service to the customers through over phone, email & social networking platform.
∎ To handle customers in a professional manner. Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the database application.
∎ Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.
∎ Build a strong relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers.
∎ Selling Membership over the phone and achieve the targeted sales numbers & value, set quality parameters
∎ Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages.
∎ Understand the Customer requirements, encourage them to upgrade / renew the matrimony packages.
∎ Address all the issues / grievances of customers and provide the right customer experience.
∎ Capture the insights from customer interactions and share it with the internal team.
∎ Strictly adhere to the process requirements.
∎ Duty Time For Female: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
∎ Duty Time Male: According to Duty Roster
∎ [9:00 AM - 6:00 PM] , [2:00 PM - 10:30 PM]
