∎ O level/ A level/ HSC/ Graduate from any background.
∎ Freshers or under graduation enrolled fresher with good English communication skills are encouraged to apply.Experience in MCA and another international campaign will get 1st priority with admin positions depending on skills and experience.
Job Context:
∎ NR Business Solution LTD is Looking to Hire "Telesales Executive" for an International Project ( NIGHT SHIFT)
∎ Apply only if you are confident about your speaking English.
∎ Apply only if you are able to work at night shift.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates have to make outbound calls to USA or Canada.
∎ Learn details about our service.
∎ Address any questions or issues customers may have
∎ Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs
∎ Follow communication scripts when handling different situations or topic
∎ Update client database in a comprehensible way
∎ Meet personal/team's qualitative and quantitative targets
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Freshers highly are encouraged to apply (Only O level, A level, or Fluent ENGLISH Speaker)
∎ Willing to work at night shifts to match business hours in the USA & CANADA (Bangladesh time 9 PM - 6 AM)
∎ Selected Applicants will be in a minimum of six months of employment contract.
∎ Able to speak clearly and persuasively in English in positive or negative situations.
∎ Self-motivated, independent workers with the ability to multitask.
∎ Professional, courteous, and know proper phone etiquette.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 14000 - 22000 (Monthly)
∎ You have a chance to get promoted after six months as per your skills and dedication.
Daily Performance bonus, weekly Performance bonus.
Best performer of the month & Best Dedicated employee of the month.
Advanced and loan facilities available.
Weekly 2 holidays.
Salary Review: Half Yearly but if you can show your skills we can consider after 4 months.
Attendance Bonus BDT-1500 & Transportation allowance BDT-1000 will be provided with a basic salary.
Dinner allowance will be provided from Office for all.
