Job Context:
∎ You will be selected under 6 months of probation period contract.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates have to make outbound calls to USA or Canada.
∎ Learn details about our service.
∎ Address any questions or issues customers may have
∎ Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs
∎ Follow communication scripts when handling different situations or topic
∎ Meet personal/ team's qualitative and quantitative targets
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Freshers highly are encouraged to apply (Only O level, A level, or Fluent ENGLISH Speaker)
∎ Willing to work at night shifts to match business hours in the USA & CANADA (Bangladesh time 9 PM - 6 AM)
∎ Selected Applicants will be in a minimum of six months of employment contract.
∎ Able to speak clearly and persuasively in English in positive or negative situations.
∎ Self-motivated, independent workers with the ability to multitask.
∎ Professional, courteous, and know proper phone etiquette.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Daily Performance bonus, weekly Performance bonus.
Best performer of the month & Best Dedicated employee of the month.
Advanced and loan facilities are available.
Weekly 2 holidays.
Salary Review: Half Yearly but if you can show your skills we can consider after 4 months.
Attendance Bonus of BDT-1500 & Transportation allowance of BDT-1200 will be provided with a basic salary.
