Call Center, client handling, Customer Service, Sales Marketing, Tele Marketing, telesales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Insurance, Banks, Call Center
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Out-bound tele-calling for mobile based insurance products
∎ Call and pitch micro-insurance products to potential customers
∎ Listen to & handle customer queries about products & services effectively
∎ Update customer information on database after every call
∎ Ensuring highest quality of individual sales
∎ Follow the pre-defined pitch & the entire calling process accurately
∎ Provide right information to customers in professional tone & attitude
∎ Ensuring overall team performance
∎ Meet & exceed individual sales quota provided by Team Leader
∎ Put in the 'Extra Mile' to achieve overall team goals
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy - Basic computer knowledge.
∎ Communication - Exceptional communication skills in Bangla (No local accents).
Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 (Monthly)
∎ Fixed salary BDT 10,000/- & sales incentive
