Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to handle each & every customer/client with care and sincerity.
∎ Handle critical customers with effective and gentle communication skills.
∎ Telesales / Telemarketing over the phone on a daily basis as per instruction.
∎ Out-bound tele-calling for selling different traditional products.
∎ Call and pitch to potential customers with a target to sale.
∎ Listen to & handle customer queries about products & services effectively.
∎ Update customer information on database after every call.
∎ Should have good convincing skill and excellent sales skill.
∎ Ensuring highest quality of individual sales.
∎ Provide right information to customers in professional tone & attitude.
∎ Ensuring overall team performance.
∎ Meet & exceed individual sales quota provided by Team Leader.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Customer Friendly Voice
∎ Salesmanship
∎ Positive Attitude
∎ Good communication skill in Bengali & English;
∎ Basic Computer Literacy
