∎ Skills Required: Sales Drive Over Phone
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Service, Outbound calls, Sales Representative, Telemarketing, telesales
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Out-bound tele-calling for selling mobile based insurance products.
∎ Call and pitch micro-insurance products to potential customers with a target to sale.
∎ Listen to & handle customer queries about products & services effectively.
∎ Update customer information on database after every call.
∎ Ensuring highest quality of individual sales.
∎ Follow the pre-defined pitch & the entire calling process accurately.
∎ Provide right information to customers in professional tone & attitude.
∎ Ensuring overall team performance.
∎ Meet & exceed individual sales quota provided by Team Leader.
∎ Put an 'Extra Mile' to achieve overall team goals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 32 years
∎ Candidates must be flexible to work both at office & home;
∎ Customer Friendly Voice;
∎ Salesmanship;
∎ Positive Attitude;
∎ Good communication skill in Bengali;
∎ Basic Computer Literacy.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 10556 (Monthly)
∎ Candidates will have the opportunity to earn unlimited Sales Incentive on each successful sale alongside fixed salary.
