Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Outbound calls, Sales Representative, Telemarketing, telesales

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Out-bound tele-calling for selling mobile based insurance products
∎ Call and pitch micro-insurance products to potential customers
∎ Listen to & handle customer queries about products & services effectively
∎ Update customer information on database after every call
∎ Ensuring highest quality of individual sales
∎ Follow the pre-defined pitch & the entire calling process accurately
∎ Provide right information to customers in professional tone & attitude
∎ Ensuring overall team performance
∎ Meet & exceed individual sales quota provided by Team Leader
∎ Put in the 'Extra Mile' to achieve overall team goals
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 32 years
∎ Candidates must be flexible to work both at office & home.

∎ Candidates will have the opportunity to earn unlimited Sales Incentive on each successful sale alongside fixed salary.
