∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Telephone Operator

Job Responsibilities:
∎ - Answers incoming calls
∎ - Places outgoing calls
∎ - Update directory information
∎ - Must be polite and courteous while answering the phone
∎ - Assists in reporting telephone equipment or service complaints and problems
∎ - Knows what action to take when an emergency call is required
∎ - Understand the telephone operator board or PABX switchboard operations
∎ - Setup conference calls in different locations
∎ - Multitasking abilities will always come in handy, because a Telephone Operator may be asked to do other jobs as well
∎ - Receiving messages and delivering to the required person

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
