∎ We are looking for smart & experienced Telemarketing cum Front Desk Executive who are really experienced in/outgoing call, Manage on/off line customers quires over the phone, must friendly use to CRM tools.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage online/offline customer queries over the phone and need to manage proper information.
∎ Need to handle incoming/outcoming calls.
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Call to new prospects and provide basic information about Fortress projects
∎ Other works assigned by the management.
∎ Fresher are encouraged to apply.
