• Clear Bangla communication and functional English

• Confidence on phone calls

• Persuasive but respectful communication

• Basic computer and record-keeping skills.

• Tele-sales, counseling, or call-center experience is an advantage.

Job Summary

MZ Media is looking for a confident Tele-Counselling Executive to contact prospective learners, explain course offerings, follow up on inquiries, and support enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Call prospective learners and respond to inbound inquiries.

• Explain course features, schedules, fees, and admission steps clearly.

• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate call and inquiry records.

• Understand prospective learners` needs and recommend suitable courses.

• Work toward agreed call, follow-up, and enrollment targets.

• Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

• Proposed salary: BDT 18,000-35,000 per month, subject to approved structure. Freshers may apply.
