Job Context:

∎ Reports To : Consultant and Coordinator
∎ Start Date : 12 th October, 2019
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Human Cell Isolation and Cell Culture Processing
∎ Performing quantitative, qualitative tests from extracted samples
∎ Analysis of data and making reports with interpretation
∎ Maintenance of machines and keeping records
∎ Preparing solutions, reagents for tests
∎ Data entry in Hospital Information System (HIS)
∎ Raising Indent for reagents and stationary
∎ Attending all CME and training programs
∎ Training to junior fellow/technician
∎ Maintaining professional and ethical issues and follow hospital code of conducts.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
∎ 0-3 years with (exposure in Cell Isolation and Cell Culturing Process)
∎ He /She shall follow the standard precautions for all patients as per hospital protocol for prevention and control of infections. Standard precautions includes but not limited to following
∎ Hand hygiene,
∎ Respiratory hygiene,
∎ Proper use of personal protective equipments (PPE),
∎ Aseptic precautions,
∎ Prevention of accidental inoculation injury, and
∎ Waste segregation.
∎ He /She shall follow the additional precautions for suspected/confirmed patients of certain infectious diseases as per hospital protocol for prevention and control of infections.
∎ He/She is responsible for implementing and maintaining other practices and protocols of PCI as per Hospital PCI policy.
∎ TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
∎ Proper Knowledge and idea of how to do tests and analysis of Data
∎ Knowledge of using manual/computer tests
∎ Report preparation
∎ BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES
∎ Attention to details
∎ Able to communicate with fellow members and other staff diligently
∎ Maintaining harmonious work environment
∎ Able to work independently and in a team
