Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To perform scheduled maintenance of the HVAC pipeline system.
∎ Excellent knowledge of the VRF system.
∎ Need to perform HVAC Schedule maintenance.
∎ Ensuring the systems follow safety regulations.
∎ Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services. Inspecting systems, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting problems.
∎ HVAC systems break down or malfunction, technicians diagnose the issue and do necessary repairs.
∎ Repair any leakage issue of the HVAC piping system.
∎ Filter cleaning of the VRF system is as per the planning schedule.
∎ Perform inspection, maintenance, repairs, and installation of air conditioning systems.
∎ Carry out maintenance checks on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
∎ Find any faulty & errors and perform troubleshooting of the air conditioning system.
∎ Proper knowledge of AC unit installation systems.
