Job Context:

∎ Reports To: Consultant and Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
∎ All the Medical equipment & machineries are clean and tidy.
∎ Check whether it is working or not.
∎ Inform relevant person in case of any fault in machine operations.
∎ Develop and implement behavioral manners and attitude to tackle patient-demand effectively and efficiently.
∎ Manage the timetable in-coordination with the patient's arrival and consultant's prescribed schedule, daily. Also, counsel and convince the patient if the time schedule is not kept as promised.
∎ Maintain proper general manners to patients; never offend anyone or be rude.
∎ Assist and cooperate with the management in different research activities by providing information regarding patients and/or any other relevant subject as and when required.
∎ Ensure technical knowledge in the particular field.
∎ Complete communication and coordination with patient.
∎ Describe to patient step by step procedure (if needed).
∎ Inform patient if there is any delay in timetable.
∎ Ensure accurate update of any record or log books.
∎ Ensure the clinic is clean and tidy at the end of each shift.
∎ Perform any other tasks as required by your Supervisor, or Senior Management.
∎ Ensure smooth professional service with attention to detail at all times.
∎ Ready to accept any change of management decision related to above job responsibilities.
∎ Performs all other tasks as required by the department.
∎ Additional Job Responsibilities:
∎ He /She shall follow the standard precautions for all patients as per hospital protocol for prevention and control of infections. Standard precautions includes but not limited to following
∎ Hand hygiene,
∎ Respiratory hygiene,
∎ Proper use of personal protective equipments (PPE),
∎ Aseptic precautions,
∎ Prevention of accidental inoculation injury, and
∎ Waste segregation.
∎ He /She shall follow the additional precautions for suspected/confirmed patients of certain infectious diseases as per hospital protocol for prevention and control of infections.
∎ He/She is responsible for implementing and maintaining other practices and protocols of PCI as per Hospital PCI policy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ 3-4 years experience in Endoscopy
∎ He /She shall follow the standard precautions for all patients as per hospital protocol for prevention and control of infections. Standard precautions includes but not limited to following
∎ Hand hygiene,
