∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in ME,EEE, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE, Applied Physics, ME, Power, Chemical, Environmental Science

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Technical Services Engineer is responsible for making sure Company's customers have a superior experience with their Company product. Superlative customer facing skills will be needed to be successful in this position. Field technical support, identifying parts and supplies, repairing, service inventory management, service call monitoring and tracking,Training, and installation are just some of the necessary behaviors that will be necessary.
∎ Act directly as field service engineer to installation, commissioning, IQ/OQ, modifications, troubleshooting, repairs, calibrations and maintenance of pharmaceuticals and lab equipment / system to ensure that they are safe, efficiently, reliable and meet GMP/ regulatory / production requirements at production plant.
∎ Conducting repairs on machinery/ equipment products.
∎ Organize and maintain spare parts inventory.
∎ Provide in depth report of field issues and feedback to factory to facilitate. continuous improvement.
∎ Organize documentation and simplify documentation, forms, processes / protocols relating to service.
∎ Support sales activities as required.
