∎ South Asia Partnership-Bangladesh (SAP-Bangladesh) invites application for the position of Technical Officer- Science Technology English & Mathematic-STEM from the potential Bangladeshi nationals for implementing "Integrated Sponsorship Funded Program" in Barguna and Bhola Sadar Upazila for 12 months with possibility of further extension.

∎ Report to: Project Coordinator, Barguna and Program Manager Bhola
∎ Vacancy: 01 for Barguna and 01 for Bhola

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and implementation of the project interventions in the assigned working area in a qualitative and timely manner.
∎ Prepare monthly & quarterly activity plan.
∎ Reporting and documentation as required.
∎ Deliver formal (primary to secondary) education contents in an alternative modality (non-formal) for sponsorship children who are at school but can't attend due to long-time school vacant.
∎ Enhance grade-wise educational competencies along-with safeguarding, COVID-19 & Hygiene awareness education for the sponsorship children and their families. Manage 12-14 Field Facilitators) and develop their professional capacities.
∎ Ensures sponsored children are covered by educational interventions for complying with sponsorship commitments. Monitor/supervise program interventions and report to line management.
∎ Works with local government structure (Up to Upazilla level) and key community groups for building their capacity and resource mobilization.
∎ Ensures gender, children and youth safeguarding policy compliances in implementing programs.
∎ Ensure different baseline, mid-term and end-line survey and involve with different action research.
∎ To build strong relationship with community, civil society, GoB officials and institution (UP to Upazilla level)
∎ Assist Union Mobilizer to implement project activities smoothly.
∎ Able to device base data collection & reporting.
∎ Able to use computer as MS Office.
∎ Provide technical support to the Union Mobilizer.
∎ Any other task will be accomplished assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 2-3 years relevant working experiences in child protection, education and livelihood related projects in NGOs.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 27891 (Monthly)
∎ Gross Taka 27,891 per month (and yearly salary increment, two festival bonus per year etc. as per policy of the organization)
