Educational Requirements:
∎ Master in Social Science (Degree in Education will be preferred)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Delivers formal (Secondary School Level) & non-formal (for out of school children) educational activities at community level.
∎ Ensures sponsored children are covered by educational interventions of education program for complying with commitments.
∎ Monitor/supervise program interventions and report to line management.
∎ Works with local government structure (Up to Upazila level) and key community groups for building their capacity and resource mobilization.
∎ Ensures gender, children and youth safeguarding policy compliances in implementing programs.
∎ Ensure different baseline survey and involve with different research.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 3 years of experiences in implementing formal and non-formal education project

Salary:
∎ Gross Taka 30,749 per month (and yearly salary increment, two festival bonus per year etc. as per policy of the organization)
