∎ Master of Education (M. Ed), Master of Social Science (MSS), Bachelor of Education (B. Ed). M. Ed is preferred.

Job Context:
∎ Caritas Bangladesh (CB) is a national and non-profit development organization operating in Bangladesh since 1967. It has its Central Office in Dhaka and eight Regional Offices in Barishal, Chattogram, Dhaka, Dinajpur, Khulna, Mymensingh, Rajshahi and Sylhet. CB is implementing 87 on-going projects covering 209 upazila focusing on six main priorities i.e i) Social Welfare and Community Development, ii) Quality Education, iii) Health Care and Education, iv) Disaster Management, v) Ecological Conservation and Development and vi) Development of Indigenous Peoples.

∎ Caritas Bangladesh (CB), Cox`s Bazar is looking for suitable candidates (both female & male) for immediate appointment as well as to prepare panel list for Emergency Response to the Forcibly Displaced People of Myanmar in Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for proper implementation of the Pre-primary, Primary education components providing technical support, guidance and mentoring to Supervisors- EiE.
∎ Visit, supervise and monitor the Learning Centers, identify the potential threats, weakness & gaps, take initiatives to improve.
∎ Prepare and timely submit reports as and when required.
∎ Prepare annual Training plan under the guidance of Education Sector;
∎ Provide input in developing operational guidelines for Pre-primary, Primary education activities.
∎ Assist in validating the information through monitoring the Pre-primary, Primary and centre activities and implement the M&E system for measuring impact through multiple approaches;
∎ Track and follow-up issues related to facilitators development.
∎ Conduct training, workshops and refreshers for the field teams (Supervisor, Facilitator, and caregivers).
∎ Direct supervise the supervisors, assist in every day planning, implementation and guide them to assist Facilitators and caregivers;
∎ Lead the lesson plan development process along with Supervisor;
∎ Lead the monthly assessment question development along with Supervisor.
∎ Keep liaison with relevant NGOs, GoB officials and education providers enhancing quality.
∎ Disseminate new information, lessons learnt, government's new policies and programs etc. to the appropriate forums when needed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Communication skill, Computer skill, creativity and innovation, training and development
∎ Experience: 3/4 years

Salary: Tk. 70000 (Monthly)
