- At least 10 years work experience in the technical field of Knit/Woven production. Ability to work under pressure. Ability to handle worker. Good Communication Skill.
Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare paper layout with APM, WS & Mechanic.
Make sure to practice 5S activities in respective area.
Ensure detecting the critical process during Size Set (Jump Size) makingPre-train the operator for critical process.
Allocate job maintaining work sequence and right personEnsure all the guide, gauge, folder, templates; attachments are in place during changeover.
Ensure the process is qualified before move to next process.Work on Hourly production, pass and repairTake initiatives remedies for QA findings.
Attend the PP Meeting.
