• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry & Chemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering.
• Diploma in Chemical Technology with relevant experience may also be considered.

• Good interpersonal & communication skill is must.
• Should have general computer operation knowledge.

• Implement chemical management in compliance with national/global laws and ZDHC Roadmap to Zero (incl. wastewater testing).
• Manage ZDHC Gateway, BVE3, BHive, Higg FEM & FDM (Worldly), and Supplier to Zero (StZ) platforms.
• Ensure compliance with RSL, ZDHC MRSL, wastewater guidelines, SDS/TDS, InCheck/ChemCheck reports and certifications.
• Conduct chemical inventory risk assessments and plan safe storage, handling, and disposal of hazardous chemicals.
• Manage internal chemical software and ensure daily updates of compliance and inventory information.
• Develop and maintain Chemical Management Policy and Strategy.
• Screening and approval work for new chemical registration application for MRSL/RSL compliance before procurement.
• Maintain and update the Chemical Inventory List (CIL) at Progressive/Aspirational levels.
• Stay updated on global chemical regulations and ZDHC developments.
• Drive continuous improvement actions in CMS per CMS Strategy.
• Conduct training for staff/workers on chemical safety and management.
• Carry out internal audits and support external audits for CMS & EMS.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Action Plans (CAP) for non-conformities (e.g., RSL failures, wastewater issues, accidents).
