Job Context:
∎ - Need to create tech pack(s) based on buyer requirement.
∎ - Need to create spec sheet & construction details based on buyer requirement.
∎ - Need to create flat sketch for the all parts.
∎ - Good knowledge about sample stitching details.
∎ - Creating an idea and producing a design by hand or using computer-aided design (CAD)
∎ - Keeping up to date with emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to fabrics, colours and shapes.
∎ - Understanding design from a technical perspective, i.e. producing patterns and technical specifications for designs
∎ - Strong problem-solving, negotiation & influencing skills.
∎ - Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
∎ - Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
