Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE, ME, BME, Instrumentation, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in EE,ME, Instrumentation, Diploma in Engineering in EEE, ME, Power, Refregeration
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Technical Services Engineer is responsible for making sure that Company's customers have a superior experience with their Company product.
∎ Superlative customer facing skills will be needed to be successful in this position.
∎ Field technical support, identifying parts and supplies, repairing, service inventory management, service call monitoring and tracking,Training, and installation are just some of the necessary behaviors that will be necessary.
∎ Act directly as field service engineer to installation, commissioning, IQ/OQ, modifications, troubleshooting, repairs, calibrations and maintenance of pharmaceuticals and lab equipment / system to ensure that they are safe, efficiently, reliable and meet GMP/ regulatory / production requirements at production plant.
∎ Conducting repairs on machinery/ equipment products.
∎ Organize and maintain spare parts inventory.
∎ Provide in depth report of field issues and feedback to factory to facilitate. continuous improvement.
∎ Organize documentation and simplify documentation, forms, processes / protocols relating to service.
