∎ JSC, SSC, HSC

Job Responsibilities:
∎ A A&W team member may take on a wide variety of responsibilities during a shift.
∎ Promoted new restaurant items by presenting them to customers.
∎ Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly at all times.
∎ Initiated better service and keeping restaurant clean.
∎ Consistently increased revenue by up-selling orders and suggestion add-ons/extra to meals.
∎ Ensure & understanding the company goal 'working together to satisfy our customers makes them feel as top priority.
∎ Assessed potential problems during busy hours in order to help improve the quality and efficiency of the overall restaurant
∎ To keep the store clean and ensure the safety of the food we serve to the customers.
∎ Attempt to resolve simple customer enquiries and referring difficult customer enquiries to a Restaurant Manager.
∎ Adhering to restaurant performance standards for crew stations and as per Restaurant manager directions

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Lunch Allowance =60 taka per day

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
