∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the daily inbound and outbound calls
∎ Prepare roaster plan for the agents.
∎ Call analysis and plan for process betterment.
∎ To train, develop & motivate agents to run the operation smoothly.
∎ Regular follow up to ensure smooth coordination with the delivery team
∎ Daily, weekly and monthly reporting
∎ Maintain strong relationship with executives, clients and management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Advanced Excel skills are highly required.
∎ Skilled in other MS Office tools

Salary: Negotiable
