∎ Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, ideally in the security or related industry.
∎ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
∎ Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls efficiently, with attention to detail.
∎ Problem-solving skills and ability to handle urgent or sensitive situations with discretion.
∎ Knowledge of security services, systems, and protocols is a plus.
∎ Comfortable using CRM systems, office software, and other communication tools.
∎ Ability to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
∎ Flexibility and a proactive attitude, particularly when handling multiple tasks.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle incoming calls from clients and prospects, providing information on security services, pricing, and service offerings.
∎ Make outgoing calls to follow up with clients, schedule service appointments, or resolve service-related inquiries.
∎ Assist customers with requests related to security systems, service bookings, and emergency support.
∎ Provide solutions to customer issues or complaints and direct them to appropriate personnel when needed.
∎ Document all customer interactions, service requests, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
∎ Work closely with the security teams and field officers to ensure seamless coordination and timely service delivery.
∎ Educate clients about security protocols and services to ensure they are well-informed.
∎ Address emergency calls with urgency, providing immediate solutions or escalating to the appropriate team for quick action.
∎ Maintain high standards of professionalism, especially during critical or high-pressure situations.

The BPO sector in Bangladesh is relatively new and still in its nascent stage. The sectors established players are still heavily dependent on the three major mobile network operators. Other than the Telco sector, the BPO industry in Bangladesh has not been able to cater for the local market successfully.
EVCTL aims at expanding the BPO services to all sectors in the local market that is consumer driven. From media, food and beverage, event management, financial, manufacturing, FMCG, Education, Transportation, Health, Hospitality and Government sectors.
