Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and monitor security guards remotely and during in-person inspections, ensuring adherence to protocols.
∎ Conduct surprise night patrols to verify security posts are manned and security measures are followed.
∎ Perform daytime inspections to assess guard behaviour, professionalism, and adherence to duties and protocols.
∎ Evaluate security guard performance, identify service gaps, and propose solutions for improvement.
∎ Interact with clients to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and implement corrective actions as needed.
∎ Maintain accurate records of patrols, inspections, incidents, and submit regular performance reports.
∎ Assist in training new guards on procedures, client requirements, and safety protocols.
∎ Respond to security incidents, coordinating with law enforcement and ensuring guards are prepared.
∎ Collaborate with management to optimize staffing, schedules, and guard deployment.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements, updating procedures as needed.
∎ Utilize a motorbike for efficient coverage of larger areas during patrols.

Other than the Telco sector, the BPO industry in Bangladesh has not been able to cater for the local market successfully.
