Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
∎ Minimum 4 years’ experience in the operation management, staff management, visa applications and processing.
∎ Minimum 4 years of experience in international education, migration, or visa services.
∎ Solid understanding of visa application processes and immigration regulations in Australia.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Proficiency in relevant software applications and platforms

∎ We are looking for an experienced Team Leader in Migration & VISA Service division to oversee the overall management, planning and controlling of daily work activities to improve efficiency, productivity, and performance.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide expert guidance to students regarding migration and visa application processes.
∎ Assist students in preparing and submitting accurate and complete visa application documents, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.
∎ Stay updated on the latest immigration policies, regulations, and procedures.
∎ Collaborate with educational institutions to ensure students meet all admission and visa requirements.
∎ Maintain accurate records of student visa applications and related documentation.
∎ Address and resolve any inquiries or concerns related to student visas and migration.
∎ Work closely with other departments within Studynet to provide comprehensive support to students.

∎ Age 32 to 40 years
