Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Computer
∎ Skills Required: Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Computer skill, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Service, Fluent in speaking english, Good communication skills, IT Support Service

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center, Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Call centre training
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Computer Hardware/Network Companies, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure high priority in delivering service excellence in both handling the team as well as customers.
∎ To provide satisfactory solutions to the customers issues escalated from the Contact Center Agents.
∎ To monitor and maintain the teams performance indicators as outlined by Management/ client.
∎ To prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports for review and to complete necessary administrative tasks.
∎ To be available to support Contact Center staff when required, including taking calls during peak / overflow periods and oversee the overall performance and relocate the available resources in a timely manner.
∎ To assist with coaching / training of the Contact Center Agents to ensure that they achieve client expectations for quality and service by providing regular, constructive feedback and guidance to develop the team members
∎ Ability to manage diverse people & situations including deal with angry and upset customers.(Voice modulation)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience as a team leader in a contact center is a MUST, with related industry.
∎ Graduate or diploma preferably in IT with technical knowledge.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
∎ Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
∎ Good decision making and problem solving skills.
∎ Attention to detail, initiative and set high standards.
∎ Adaptability, initiative & stress tolerance.
∎ Ability to manage escalated issues / difficult customers.
