∎ A bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in air freight, logistics, or transportation management (e.g., IATA, FIATA) can be a plus.

∎ Several years of experience in air freight, logistics, or supply chain management, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
∎ Proven experience in managing air freight operations, including handling cargo, customs regulations, and documentation.
∎ Experience in vendor management, cost control, and negotiation with airlines and other freight carriers.
∎ Knowledge of international shipping procedures, freight forwarding, and air cargo regulations.
∎ Strong leadership skills to manage a team and ensure operational efficiency.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
∎ Ability to oversee and optimize air freight operations, ensuring timely deliveries and compliance with regulations.
∎ In-depth knowledge of air freight tariffs, rates, and contracts.
∎ Problem-solving abilities to address issues such as shipment delays, route changes, or cargo handling problems.
