Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in Computer Science or equivalent
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to translate business requirements to technical specifications
∎ Strong knowledge on SDLC, Agile-Scrum framework
∎ Microsoft Team Foundation for Agile Project Management (Preferred)
∎ Understanding different estimation techniques (Knowledge on Use case point estimation is preferred)
∎ Developing work schedules for the team
∎ Delegating tasks, mentoring team, monitoring progresses, managing risks
∎ Domain knowledge on Banking and Microfinance
∎ In depth knowledge on Core Java, Java Script, JQuery, Angular JS
∎ Spring Framework, Spring Security, Spring Transaction Management
∎ API based application development; REST API
∎ Message based application development; RabbitMQ/Kafka/JMS anyone.
∎ Design database- SQL Server, Expertise in database programming
∎ Clear concept on Maven, Jenkins
∎ Junit, Selenium and JMeter
∎ Clear understanding on OOP, design patterns
∎ Understanding on micro-service architecture
∎ Provided support and training activities for projects
∎ Lead and mentor technical team
∎ Technical documentation using UML
∎ Develop report using Jasper Report/ i Report
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 50 years
∎ Very good communication skills - written-verbal, formal-informal
∎ Must be proactive, energetic and determined to meet deadlines
∎ Sincerity, honesty and hard work will be the key focus and target oriented
∎ Programming knowledge in Java EE, JSF, CDI, EJB, JPA, JDBC
∎ Knowledge on RMI, Regex, Log4j, SOAP, REST, Concurrency, Exception Handling
∎ Knowledge on Hibernate, Bootstrap, HTML, XHTML, CSS, XML
∎ Knowledge on OOP, OOD, RESTful, Microservices, MVC, N-tier Application
∎ Knowledge on Data Structure, Software Design Patterns and Principles
∎ Knowledge on TDD, SDLC, Software Development Methodologies, Mock
∎ Knowledge on Unit testing, Automated Testing, SVN, GIT, DevOps, UML
∎ Knowledge on Software Security, Web Security, OWASP, etc.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Remuneration and benefits package including competitive salary
