∎ For Teachers
∎ • Develop and implement lesson Plans that meet educational stander and curriculum requirements.
∎ • Successfully reaches all scholars by skillfully differentiating and scaffolding.
∎ • Pace of the lesson allows processing time.
∎ • Lessons entail a variety of materials to address learner variability.
∎ • Seeks out effective teaching ideas from colleagues, workshops and other sources and implements them well create a positive and engaging classroom environment conducive to learning.
∎ • Assess and evaluate student performance and progress.
∎ • Communicate effectively with students, parents and colleagues.
∎ • Participate in professional development activities and school events.
∎ • Support the schools mission and values through effective teaching practices.
∎ • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades and other required documents.
