• Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English

• O/A Levels, Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Mention if any specific training or certification is required, such as first aid or ECD.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in early childhood education is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
• Knowledge of child development principles.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Fluency in English language, Fluent in English Speaking Good at English Writing

• Plan and implement a creative and engaging curriculum that aligns with the school's educational philosophy and developmental goals for young children. This includes activities that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment where children feel comfortable and confident to explore and learn.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with students and parents. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, achievements, and any concerns.
• Observe and assess each child's development to tailor teaching methods and support individual learning needs. Maintain accurate records of student progress.
• Manage classroom dynamics and student behavior using positive reinforcement and age-appropriate disciplinary techniques.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning community.
• Participate in professional development to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education.
