Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct engaging, creative, and punctual classes both online and offline.
∎ Take active measures to reduce student dropout through consistent motivation and follow-up.
∎ Communicate regularly with supervisors and coordinators, providing timely updates on class activities and student progress.
∎ Submit weekly and monthly class reports as required.
∎ Maintain accurate records of daily attendance for each student.
∎ Prepare and follow well-structured lesson plans aligned with the Kids Time curriculum.
∎ Build and maintain strong communication with parents to support each child’s learning and development.
∎ Collaborate with team members for lesson planning, course material preparation, and class facilitation.
∎ Actively participate in Kids Time programs, engaging with children to ensure enjoyable and meaningful learning experiences.
∎ Stay up to date with instructions, updates, and communications shared via email or designated platforms.
