Subjects: Bangla, English, Mathematics, Science & BGS.
Responsibilities:
Conduct classes, prepare syllabus, session plan, scheme of work and lesson plan for his/her subject according to National standards.
Prepare question papers and mark schemes for the subject assigned.
Prepare lecture materials and Power Point presentations for the classes
Evaluate student’s assignments and written works.
Plan and implement effective classroom management practices.
Design and implement effective strategies to develop self-responsible and independent learners.
Engage students in active, hands-on, creative problem-based learning, and promote research activities.
