Educational Requirements:
∎ High School diploma, Bachelors, or equivalent.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ On arrival to your duty, you clean the swimming pool water by vacuuming and removing all leaves etc.
∎ Setting up umbrellas, loungers and other pool furniture.
∎ Welcoming guests and ensuring their safety and comfort.
∎ Providing guests with towels, shade, refreshments, and attending to their requests.
∎ You report to the management immediately of any incident.
∎ You will sweep the surrounding area of the pool and keep it tidy. You will also maintain the cleanliness of the surrounding area.
∎ You will clean and sweep the changing rooms every morning and during the day.
∎ Your will clean filters as and when required.
∎ Enforcing safety protocols.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3/4 years' experience in the hospitality industry.
∎ Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
∎ Physically fit, good swimming abilities, and able to perform physical labor in harsh weather conditions.
∎ Knowledge of pool equipment and safety measures.
∎ Knowledge of basic rescue and have First Aid training.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and after hours.
∎ Languages: Fluency in spoken and written English and Bengali.
