∎ M.Tech in Textile Processing from any reputed and recognized Engineering Institute
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create Strategic Models and scenario for the present and future in Apparel Sourcing
∎ Analyze risk materials, chemicals and processes related to environment and natural resources and have a phase-out plan
∎ Identify the key partners in our supply chain (manufacturing) who are able to understand the need and have a genuine drive and are already working /thinking in this direction
∎ Develop a sustainable performance system for suppliers
∎ Develop an integrated ZERO WASTE Policy between Suppliers, Customers and ZXY
∎ Find solution through collaboration and tie-ups with innovators in research and manufacturing from private bodies to government enterprises
∎ Work with suppliers (raw material, processors & manufacturers) on waste to energy emphasis, where by products and waste can be used into creating new products at a low cost which can be easily be implemented by many
∎ Develop evaluation testing standards & audits to monitor the waste in supply chains & monitor the development (measurable)
∎ Evaluate & Implement Processes, Developments and Scalable Solutions
∎ Identify the authenticity of the process and its positive impact as a scalable solution and identify the right supply partner
∎ Develop a process of implementing various methods of dyeing e.g. Salt-free dyeing, waterless dyeing, natural dyeing in our production processes etc.
∎ Develop a process of identifying the authenticity of material origin
∎ Develop our internal evaluation from a genuine supply chain point of view
∎ Devise Chemical and Material Management Solutions
∎ Identify the list of preferred fiber and blends which applies all the above key conditions and can be easily recyclable
∎ Identify the suppliers and nominate them who can be our partners to supply the yarns, fibers, fabrics etc. through regular meetings and collaboration and performance evaluation
∎ Evaluate chemical usage and identify companies from farm to finishing, like pesticides, dyeing, finishing, printing inks and processing
∎ Devise packing materials & appropriate labelling solutions
∎ Develop Team, Training and Process manual
∎ Develop a team who are aligned in the same direction and can implement the strategy
∎ Train the internal and external team and our buyers in the direction of the new model so all parties involved understand and collaborate towards a single cause and goal
∎ Work closely with product, design, quality & merchandising
∎ Develop a roadmap of 2022 delivering progress
∎ Develop a corporate manual for sustainability
∎ Lead Customer Interaction
∎ Lead in interaction with customers on sustainable projects
∎ Present phase-wise development plans customer-wise
∎ Analyze customer's requirements in terms of their sustainable initiative
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years working experience in working with a brand in environmental & process sustainable projects will be given preferences
∎ Excellent leadership qualities, proven ability to motivate and bring out the best in people
∎ Ability to interact professionally with colleagues, clients, and customers from diverse cultural, geographical and linguistic backgrounds.
∎ Ability to judge professional situations and relationships and represent the best interests of the company
∎ Understanding of discretion and the importance of confidentiality
∎ Ability to coordinate, manage and lead large scale projects
∎ Strong people manager - proven feedback through reviews, surveys or similar measurement tools of management effectiveness
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team

∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills
