Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in survey
∎ Skills Required: Civil, GIS Mapping, Survey

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Autocad, Civil, GIS, MAPPING

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have practical knowledge on theodolites, total stations, robotic total stations, GPS receivers, prisms, 3D scanners, radios, handheld tablets, digital levels, and surveying software etc.
∎ Able to perform pre-work and post-work survey of Land Development, Civil Conostruction projects, Road, Drainage project, Excavation of canal and embankment projects etc.
∎ Monitoring quantity and quality in different stages of construction work.
∎ Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys in order to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed.
∎ Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
∎ Direct or conduct surveys in order to establish legal boundaries for Projects, constructions, property based on legal deeds and titles.
∎ Record the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features.
∎ Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other characteristics of terrain.
∎ Prepare or supervise preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to surveys.
∎ Present findings, write report to clients.
∎ Train assistants and helpers, and direct their work.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good skill on AutoCad
∎ IT Literate able to use Microsoft Office ( Excel & Word).
∎ Ability to organize the task to meet the company standard.
∎ Candidates having international standard trainings in survey will be given preference
∎ Skills Required: Civil,GIS/ Mapping
∎ Written and oral communication skills in Bengali &English.
∎ Communication with internal and external firm as needed.
∎ Must have experience on Govt./Semi Govt Job.
