Responsibilities & Context:
∎ SNOWTEX Washing & Dyeing Ltd. is seeking some skilled and experienced "Surveyor-(Civil Engineering Department)" to oversee the building layout.
∎
∎
∎
∎  Using surveying instruments like total station, Theodolite, Automatic Level Machine and GPS (Global Positioning System) to measure distances accurately.
∎  Analyzing data using plans, maps, charts and software such as AutoCAD and GIS programs.
∎  Preparation of building survey work including foundation survey, structural survey, building survey, contouring survey and boundary survey.
∎  Carrying out layout work, checking build conditions and clearing site boundaries and reference points
∎  Creating digital maps and reports using GIS (Geographic Information System) technology.
∎  Surveying the site to gather information and precise measurements on geographic, hydrographic, and topographic features.
∎  Checking land boundaries and property lines by researching previous land records, legal descriptions, survey records, land titles and other documents.
