∎ Diploma in Engineering in Electrical

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, coordinate and execute all maintenance activities of Building Management System (BMS).
∎ Ensure proper operations of Generator, Sub-Station, HT.LT Switch Gear, ATS etc.
∎ To maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical instruments or testing equipment.
∎ Coordinate others relevant department functions (i: e: maintenance & utility, civil engineering etc.)
∎ Ensure weekly/ Monthly / Yearly Schedule maintenance of Fire equipment, cylinders, Doors (FD), electrical systems.
∎ Check all lights, switches, electrical boards, power control units etc.
∎ To look after lift operation, lift cabin, lift services and electrical power system in lift control room.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.

∎ Age at least 23 years
