Job Responsibilities:
∎ To contribute and deliver on the set objectives, in a specific rural area and leading the SDT Team through supporting, coaching, supervising and directing to compliantly execute the area action plans.
∎ Plan, execute and evaluate assigned geography level action plans based on the insights (demographics, HCI information, HCP information, competitor data and activity, recommendation data. Detailing skills execution, appropriate use of detailing aids, share of voice implementation, implementation of category or classification wise communication guideline, updated knowledge on Company and competitor’s products, etc. among team members are the key demonstrating factors.
∎ Manage the assigned geography as per the requirements and guidelines set by the company to achieve - HCP visit itinerary, HCP coverage & call rate, updated area action plans implementation, driving set KPIs, efficiency on monthly reporting, etc.
∎ Create a team of high performing Medical Delegates (NA) which can deliver results on sustainable basis through skills level evaluation, coaching, supporting and directing them to achieve the desired skills level.
∎ Visit Company’s distribution point and interact with Sales team to understand product availability status, product freshness status, Disseminate Code knowledge and monitor register for detailing aids.
∎ Visit trade/ pharmacy to check availability & freshness of the products and understand the market trend/ HCP prescription habit. In required case provide an administrative assistance or liaise between Company sales administration and Healthcare institution/ channel.
∎ Communicate with HCP and Non-HCP KOLs to enhance Company image.
∎ Ensure operational efficiency through optimized utilization of resources & activities (Detailing Materials, Medical Delegate's tools and other resources) as per company guideline.

Salary: Tk. 40000 - 45000 (Monthly)
